November is the month of many village festivals. Festival are named with the main food eat in that day. Chestnut, wine, extra vergin olive oil, mushrooms are the 4 foods of the November month, however, during the festival many other foods are prepared and you can discovery the really traditional Campania food (and how make it) and the unique taste. In the center of each village residents meet and enjoy for one or more days, eating food on the street playing live music.

Tomatoes, Piennolo, Sorrento, San Marzano The most famous ones are called “piennolo”. They are like cherry tomatoes, but very special. Their skin is thick, and the juice is very sweet We usually put them over a string to make a necklace and then we hang it on the wall.
